Dennis Johnston Park is a 45-acre facility with a pavilion and picnic tables, a small pond, pergola, walking trails, a butterfly and humingbird garden, and access to Spring Creek. Also, the park is home to Big Stone Lodge, which is a shared use facility that serves as the Parks Department administrative headquarters and a Precinct 4 community center.

Dennis Johnston Park offers access to the Spring Creek Greenway, a paved hike and bike trail currently connecting Dennis Johnston Park to Pundt Park, Stahl Preserve, Carter Park, Jesse H. Jones Park & Nature Center, and Highway 59 in Humble.

Big Stone Lodge is located within Dennis Johnston Park. Private reservations are available for Friday and Saturday evening events on a limited basis.

Please call Big Stone Lodge at 281-350-1029 for more information or to make reservations for private functions.
